Lead the implementation of a SaaS-based digital banking platform enabling commercial clients to access real-time accounts, request loans, create payrolls, and submit service requests without visiting branches.

Business Need:

Stanbic sought to modernize client interaction channels, reduce physical branch dependency by 30%, and improve loan processing accuracy and speed through API-driven integration between Oracle and SAP systems.
