Plan, execute, and deliver the inaugural Outmosphere Music & Community Festival to establish Afrohive’s brand presence in Ghana’s entertainment ecosystem.
The project aimed to attract 1,500 + attendees, launch a curated local-artist showcase, and create a repeatable governance framework for annual festivals.
Business Need:
Afrohive required a flagship event to differentiate its brand and build a scalable revenue model through sponsorships and community partnerships.
As Project Manager, I owned the entire project lifecycle from initiation to closure.
