1. Project Objective

Scale the Outmosphere Music & Community Festival from its inaugural edition to a 3,000+ attendee event while integrating environmental sustainability as a core brand pillar.

The 2022 project aimed to reduce single-use plastic waste by 30%, introduce a new “Eco-Talks” educational stage, and improve festival infrastructure to handle double the previous year’s attendance.

Business Need:

Afrohive sought to expand its operational capacity and establish a sustainability-driven brand identity that aligned with corporate social responsibility trends and attracted environmentally conscious sponsors.
