Execute the 2023 edition of Outmosphere Music & Community Festival with a strategic focus on financial growth, sponsorship expansion, and attendee engagement.
The project’s core goals were to secure $50,000+ in sponsorships, scale attendance to 5,000+, and introduce a new brand-sponsored VIP Experience Lounge to strengthen long-term sponsor ROI.
Business Need:
Afrohive required a financial model that ensured sustainability and profit growth after two successful but resource-intensive editions. The 2023 edition was positioned to attract high-value sponsors and elevate the festival into a premium national brand.
